Is your track system compatible with any other manufacturer's?Yes, our track heads are U.L. listed and adaptable to Juno and Prescolite brands.
Are your products UL/cULus approved?
Yes. They meet today's safety standards.
Do you have product on hand, or is it made to order?
Most of the products are ready for immediate shipment. Custom products have an approximate shipping time of 6-8 weeks.
How fast can I expect shipment?
Due to our large inventory most of orders can be shipped in 1-2 days. We have 2 warehouses, one located in Chicago and one in Los Angeles.
Do you have instruction sheets for your products?
Yes, they are available on our website in the "Download Library".
Do you have photometric information for your products?
Our catalogs include photometric data on lamps and fixtures. IES photometric files are available on our website in the "Download Library".
How can I purchase your products?
Use our website to find the Con-Tech Lighting sales agent for your area. They can direct you to a nearby Electrical Wholesaler, Distributor or Lighting Showroom.
Are any of your recessed products rated for damp or wet location use?
Yes, we have a number of recessed products that are rated for damp and wet location.
Are you affiliated with any trade organizations?
Yes. IES, NAILD, Energy Star, NGA, and NHFA.
What is your guarantee?
All non-operable materials that are under warranty can be returned to our Northbrook facility for inspection. Con-Tech will either repair or replace material at no charge (NO RGA NEEDED). All products must be installed and/or used in accordance with applicable National or Local Electrical Codes; and for the general use and practices as advised in our literature and instruction information. Con-Tech Lighting guarantees these lighting products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one year.
Energy Star products are covered for two years by a full replacement guarantee after date of installation.
Electronic Transformers for 4 years except for 60 and 75W transformers, they carry a 3 year warranty and LRT60 carries a 1 year warranty

Magnetic Ballasts for 1 year
Magnetic Transformers for 2 years
Magnetic HID Ballasts for 2 years
Remote Low Voltage Transformers for 4 years
No collect shipments will be accepted. Con-Tech disclaims any liability for product defect claims that are due to product misuse, improper product selection or misapplication. Con-Tech shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of performance resulting in whole or in part from any circumstance or cause beyond the control of Con-Tech in the conduct or its business.
